Cancellation & Refund Details
Remaining balances are due no later than 90 days prior to date of program commencement. If the balance has not been received 90 days prior to trip commencement, World Wild Adventures Ltd shall be entitled at our discretion to treat your reservation as cancelled, and the deposit shall be forfeited.

If cancellation is received within less than 90 days prior to departure, all deposits and tariffs are forfeited. For these and other reasons mentioned below, you are requested to obtain trip cancellation insurance.
Prices quoted are based on group participation and no refunds will be made for any part of the program you choose not to participate. It is understood that refunds cannot be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever. Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be considered subject to space availability. No refunds will be issued for failure of clients to obtain proper documentation for entering countries visited, lost travel time or substitution of facilities, for itineraries amended after departure, for circumstances arising beyond the company’s control, necessitating alternative arrangements being made to ensure the safety and/or further participation and enjoyment of the program, client not appearing for any accommodation, service, sightseeing or trip segment without notifying the company, or client leaving the program after it has begun, or missing any scheduled sightseeing, activities, meals or accommodations.
If World Wild Adventures Ltd fails to run the trip due to its own mistakes or circumstances (management problems, financial problems, bankruptcy), or decides to cancel it for reasons within its own reach and reasons, all deposits and payments will be refunded. In case World Wild Adventures Ltd is unable to fulfill completely or partly its obligations due to: acts of God, fire, war, riots, military operations of any kind, strikes, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, the fulfillment of the trip contract obligations shall be extended correspondingly for a period during which such circumstances last. If these circumstances extend beyond 180 days, World Wild Adventures Ltd has the right to refuse further execution of the obligations and clients will not have the right for reimbursement of any possible damages. In which case personal insurances shall cover loss.
